Custom objects

Molaroni 1880 offers the possibility of creating tailor-made products upon specific customer request.

It is indeed possible to:

  • Customize with cold processing*, the products available in the store by adding INITIALS, NAMES, or DEDICATIONS, within 24 hours of the order.

  • Create a new object by combining shapes and decorations in a different way than suggested in the store or customize the painted subject.
*Cold processing: painting done without subsequent high-temperature re-firing of the object. These processes are durable over time but must not be exposed to acids or alcohol present in household cleaning products or repeated friction.


How does it work?

The process takes place in 4 phases:

1. Request

Users who intend to purchase a personalized product will send their request by e-mail to info@molaroni.com or through the form at the bottom of the page, indicating the desired type of work as completely as possible

2. Feasibility check and proposal

We will, as quickly as possible, verify its feasibility and propose to the customer (with renders, photographs, or other means) the possible solution(s). A cost estimate for the work and the necessary completion times will also be provided

3. Acceptance and order confirmation

If the customer accepts the proposal in writing, our company will send an order summary email with the necessary timelines and payment details to proceed, within four working days, with payment via bank transfer

4. Production and shipping
As soon as the work is completed, the product will be shipped to the user via courier

Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, no. 21, for personalized products made upon specific request and acceptance by the user, the provisions regarding the right of withdrawal do not apply.
