Molaroni 1880 offers the possibility of creating ad hoc products based on specific customer requests.

It is in fact possible:

  • Personalize with cold processing*, the products available in the store by inserting INITIALS, NAMES or DEDICATIONS, within 24 hours of ordering.

  • Create a new object by combining shapes and decorations in a different way than suggested in the store or customize the painted subject.
*Cold working: painting carried out without subsequent high-temperature annealing of the object. These processes are long-lasting, but must not be subjected to the action of acids or alcohol present in household cleaning products or to repeated friction.


How does it work?

The process takes place in 4 phases :

1. Request

The user who intends to purchase a customized product will forward his request by email to info@molaroni.com indicating in the most complete way possible the type of workmanship desired

2. Feasibility check and proposal

We will take care of verifying the feasibility as soon as possible and propose to the customer (with renderings, photographs or other means) the possible solution(s). A work estimate and the timescales necessary for the realization will also be provided.

3. Acceptance and confirmation of the order

If the customer accepts the proposal in writing, our company will send an order summary email with the necessary timeframes and data to proceed, within four working days, with payment by bank transfer.

4. Production and shipping
As soon as the processing is completed, the product will be shipped to the user via courier

Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, no. 21, the provisions regarding the right of withdrawal do not apply to customized products made upon specific request and acceptance by the user.

Lavaggio a mano
La maggior parte dei nostri articoli è lavabile in lavastoviglie, ma si consiglia il lavaggio a mano. Utilizzare sapone delicato e acqua calda. Evitare prodotti chimici aggressivi o spugne metalliche che possono graffiare la superficie della smaltatura

Evitare sbalzi di temperatura estremi
Sbalzi di temperatura improvvisi possono causare crepe o rotture delle ceramiche fatte a mano. Evitare di posizionare le ceramiche direttamente sul fornello o nel forno, nonché di metterle nel congelatore

Non impilare
Per evitare graffi o scheggiature, utilizzare imbottiture protettive come carta o stoffa quando si impilano piatti o ciotole in ceramica per riporli

Conservazione a secco
Evitare di conservare le ceramiche in un ambiente umido o bagnato per lungo tempo, poiché ciò può causare muffa sul prodotto

Returns procedure

They are necessary 4 simple steps to complete the return procedure for one or more products purchased on our E-commerce:

1. Communication of the intention to withdraw
Within 14 days of receiving the product, we ask you to inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract using the Withdrawal Form below or by sending us, within the same period, any written and explicit Declaration of your wish to return the purchased item (the latter must necessarily contain the order number, the name of the product, the reason for the return, the billing details and the desired collection point).

2. Preparation for shipping
We then ask you to prepare the item for shipping within 5 working days, taking care to protect it appropriately and package it in the original packaging.

3. Delivery to the courier
At this point you have two options:
1. Recommended. Choose the courier used by Ceramiche Artistiche Molaroni, UPS: you will only have to attach a copy of the Withdrawal Form or the written Declaration, filled out by you, to the package. We will then take care of organizing with the courier the collection of the goods at the address you provided. The collection will take place within 14 days of your communication of wishing to withdraw. With this procedure you will not bear the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping, but you will be charged the return costs.
2. Choose a different courier: you will then have to independently organize with the carrier the collection and preparation of the documents necessary for shipping. By following this procedure, the risks of loss or damage to the product will remain your responsibility until the package is delivered to our headquarters, but you will not be charged any costs.

4. Verification and Re-credit
Once we have received the item, we will verify that it has not been damaged for reasons attributable to you. After this check, we will proceed without delay to re-credit all the costs incurred by you (price of the item including VAT, delivery costs, if due, and any other additional costs resulting from the order. In the event that the order contains multiple items and only a part of these is returned, any transport costs will not be refunded) withholding the amount of the return of the goods (if returned using the courier provided by us) according to the following rule:
– for Orders, excluding shipping costs, with a value of up to 150 euros, a withholding of 20 euros;
– for Orders, excluding shipping costs, with a value between 150 and 1,000 euros, a withholding of 28 euros;
– for Orders, excluding shipping costs, with a value greater than 1,000 euros, a withholding of 50 euros.
The amount will be credited back within 14 days from the moment we were informed of your wish to withdraw, on the same payment method and with the same value date used for the initial payment.

REGULATIONS ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal for the Consumer in E-commerce Contracts:
– The consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, without having to provide any reason and without having to bear any other costs, except the direct cost of returning the goods (delivery costs).
– The 14-day period starts from the day on which the consumer physically acquires possession of the goods (or of the last good if it is a multiple order).
– Within the deadline, the consumer must inform the seller of his decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, using a specific form or by submitting any explicit statement of his decision. The burden of proof relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal is on the consumer.
– The exercise of the right of withdrawal terminates all contractual obligations of the parties. The seller must reimburse the consumer for all payments received , without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he was informed by the consumer of the intention to withdraw, using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial payment.
– In relation to contracts for the sale of goods, the seller may withhold the reimbursement until he has received the goods which are the subject of the contract.
– The consumer must return or deliver the goods to the seller or his delegate, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract. The consumer must only bear the direct cost of returning the goods .
– The consumer is solely responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods themselves.
– The right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to contracts for the supply of goods produced ad hoc or customized.
