General information for Suppliers
We wish to inform Suppliers that CERAMICHE ARTISTICHE MOLARONI will process data in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments; such processing will therefore be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of confidentiality and rights. Therefore, pursuant to Article 13 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree, we provide the following information:
1. The data provided will be processed for the following purposes:
1a) execution of the obligations arising from the contractual relationships established between the Supplier and the Company;
1b) administrative and accounting obligations (management/fulfilment of orders, correspondence, invoicing, etc.) connected to the aforementioned contractual relationships;
1c) fulfillment of obligations arising from the law, regulations and, in general, from the legislation applicable from time to time, including community legislation.
2. The processing will be carried out with the aid of telematic, paper and computer tools.
3. The provision of data is mandatory for the achievement of the purposes mentioned above. Any refusal to provide the requested data or their inaccuracy could result in the failure or partial execution of the tasks entrusted to the Company and/or the impossibility of continuing the relationship established with the same.
4. The data will not be disclosed. They will be accessible to the Company's employees in charge of processing to fulfill the purposes referred to in points 1a), 1b) and 1c) above; they may be communicated to third parties, including our commercial partners and authorized service providers, exclusively for administrative and accounting purposes connected to the aforementioned contractual relationships established with the Company and to better fulfill the obligations arising from such relationships.

The user has the right at any time to know what data the Company has in its possession and how it is used. At any time, the user may exercise his/her rights towards the Data Controller pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
2d) of the identifying details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
