General Information for Suppliers
We would like to inform Suppliers that CERAMICHE ARTISTICHE MOLARONI will process data in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments; this processing will therefore be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, and transparency, and the protection of confidentiality and rights. Therefore, pursuant to Article 13 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree, we provide the following information:
1. The data provided will be processed for the following purposes:
1a) fulfillment of obligations arising from contractual relationships established between the Supplier and the Company;
1b) administrative and accounting obligations (order management/fulfillment, correspondence, invoicing, etc.) related to the aforementioned contractual relationships;
1c) fulfillment of obligations deriving from law, regulations and, in general, from applicable legislation from time to time, including EU law.
2. Processing will be carried out with the aid of electronic, paper, and IT tools.
3. The provision of data is mandatory to achieve the above purposes. Any refusal to provide the requested data or their inaccuracy could result in the non-execution or partial execution of the tasks entrusted to the Company and/or the impossibility of continuing the relationship established with it.
4. Data will not be disseminated. They will be accessible to Company employees entrusted with processing to fulfill the purposes referred to in points 1a), 1b) and 1c) above; they may be communicated to third parties, including our business partners and authorized service providers, exclusively for administrative and accounting purposes related to the aforementioned contractual relationships established with the Company and to better fulfill the obligations arising from these relationships.

The user has the right at any time to know what data the Company holds and how it is used. At any time, they may exercise their rights against the Data Controller pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

"Art. 7. Right to access personal data and other rights
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, even if not yet recorded, and to have them communicated in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to be informed of:

2b) the purposes and methods of processing;
2c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
2d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
3a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
